Breakfast Beef Roast Hash Recipe









The first time I ever tried beef roast hash was at my Aunt Linda's house. It was delicious, and I loved it from the very first bite. Anytime I have leftover beef roast, carrots and potatoes from the slow cooker, I always make this hash for breakfast the next day. I've also added finely chopped fresh mushrooms, and they fry up
