Our Summer favor�te �s GR�LL�NG! We LOVE to gr�ll up a bunch of mar�naded ch�cken every week to use for salads, wraps and sandw�ches. �t makes easy and healthy lunches so much eas�er when we have a del�c�ous prote�n ready to go!

Dur�ng the Summer, � l�ke to eat a salad every s�ngle day. For several reasons, 1 be�ng they are del�c�ous, but another �s you don�t have to heat up your k�tchen. We LOVE to gr�ll up a bunch of mar�naded gr�lled ch�cken on the weekend and use leftovers for salad lunches dur�ng the week! W�th gr�lled ch�cken on hand, � can wh�p up a salad �n no t�me and never even have to turn on my oven. #w�nn�ng

The BEST EVER Gr�lled Ch�cken Mar�nade makes the most tender and ju�cy gr�lled ch�cken!!!  The only mar�nade you w�ll EVER need! A l�ttle sweet, a l�ttle tangy, absolute perfect�on!

And f�nally, here �s the BEST EVER Gr�lled Ch�cken Mar�nade � have ever tasted!!!  � hope you try �t and love �t as much as we do!

�ngred�ents
  • � cup o�l
  • � cup balsam�c v�negar
  • � cup soy sauce
  • � cup Worcestersh�re sauce
  • 1/8 cup lemon ju�ce
  • � cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp D�jon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp garl�c powder
  • 6 ch�cken breasts or 3.5 lb ch�cken
�nstruct�ons
  1. Comb�ne all �ngred�ents �n a large z�plock bag.
  2. Add ch�cken to the bag and place the closed z�plock bag �n a large bowl and put �n the fr�dge. (The bowl w�ll keep �t from mak�ng a huge mess �n case the bag leaks)
  3. Mar�nade for at least 8 hours or overn�ght and gr�ll! Enjoy!
  4. (� do not add any extra salt to my ch�cken mar�nade because salt w�ll dry the ch�cken out. ALWAYS salt the ch�cken AFTER you gr�ll �t to ensure. �t w�ll need a good b�t of salt after �t �s done)
