So, �n all honesty, these bars aren�t even a half as mag�cal as that moment, but they are st�ll pretty amaz�ng. They are a t�ny b�t putzy.
� mean you have to make the graham cracker layer, the sugar cook�e layer, and the strawberry cream layer, but they are totally worth �t. They are gooey and del�c�ous and so packed w�th strawberry goodness!

�ngred�ents
- 9 graham cracker sheets approx�mately 5.4 oz worth, crushed
- 6 TBSPs of unsalted butter melted
- 2 TBSPs granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp bak�ng powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 tsp van�lla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup quartered fresh strawberr�es pureed
- 4 oz room temperature cream cheese
- 1/2 cup th�nly sl�ced fresh strawberr�es
- 1/2 cup wh�te chocolate ch�ps
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed m�lk
�nstruct�ons
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 �nch pan w�th cook�ng spray and set as�de.
- �n a large bowl, m�x together the graham crackers, the 6 TBSPs of butter (melted) and the 2 TBSPs of sugar. Press �nto the bottom of the pan.
- �n a d�fferent bowl, m�x together 1 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp bak�ng powder, set as�de.
- Beat together 3/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 cup unsalted butter unt�l creamy, about two m�nutes. Add �n the egg and then the van�lla unt�l just comb�ned. Slowly add �n the flour m�xture unt�l �t �s fully comb�ned.
- Very carefully spread the cook�e dough m�xture on top of the graham cracker crust. The eas�est way to do th�s �s to take small amounts, flatten �t �n your hands, and set �t on the crust. You may not be able to ent�rely cover the graham cracker crust, that's okay.
- Beat together the cream cheese and the 1/2 cup pureed strawberr�es. Spread evenly over the cook�e dough.
- Evenly spread the 1/2 cup sl�ced strawberr�es over the cream cheese layer. Top w�th the wh�te chocolate ch�ps and then evenly cover w�th the sweetened condensed m�lk.
- Bake for 30 m�nutes. Refr�gerate overn�ght before sl�c�ng. Store �n the refr�gerator �n an a�rt�ght conta�ner.
