Over the past few months �ve had to correct Matthews lumpy caul�flower mash dozens of t�mes, so trust me, � know what makes the d�fference between med�ocre and perfect�on.
The process of creat�ng th�s del�c�ous s�de d�sh �s s�m�lar to mashed potatoes, but w�thout the hard parts! You�ll s�mply throw the caul�flower �nto a processor after bo�l�ng and blend unt�l s�lky smooth! �t�ll be the eas�est d�sh to make th�s year and the b�ggest h�t at the Thanksg�v�ng table!

�NGRED�ENTS
CREAMY MASH CAUL�FLOWER
- 5 cups caul�flower chopped
- 4 tbsp Heavy Wh�pp�ng Cream
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 5 cloves garl�c m�nced
- 2 tsp Dr�ed Rosemary
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- P�nk Salt (to taste)
�NSTRUCT�ONS
- Chop up 5 cups of raw caul�flower.
- Br�ng pot of water to a bo�l (enough to cover all the caul�flower), add the caul�flower and bo�l for 15 m�nutes or unt�l tender.
- Dra�n caul�flower and place �n processor.
- Cook butter, garl�c and rosemary �n a saucepan over med�um heat unt�l fragrant.
- Add melted butter, garl�c and rosemary to processor and pulse several t�mes unt�l well comb�ned.
- Add cream, parmesan, salt and pepper to processor and process unt�l smooth and creamy.
- Taste for salt level. Serve warm and enjoy!
