By combnng elements of a few dfferent talan weddng soup recpes, was able to create the ULTMATE talan weddng soup recpe. My whole famly loves t, and you wll, too.

n the soup asle of Target, my tear-streaked fve-year-old was lookng forlornly at the spot where Favorte Soup used to resde.

For a year, d been scoopng up every box of Archer Farms talan Weddng Soup could get my hands on durng our Target trps. She ate t almost every day for lunch. And sadly, t had been dscontnued.

My mom made a homemade verson that naled the same flavor as the orgnal, but t got a thumbs sdeways because of the too-bg meatballs, the use of escarole nstead of spnach, and the lack of tny pasta balls that made Favorte Soup the all-tme favorte.

Freezer Cookng Tp:

Now that know that my talan weddng soup recpe s a wnner, always double the meatball part of the recpe, and freeze half of the meatballs for later so that can quckly make another batch.

To do ths, just form the second set of meatballs on a bakng sheet, and place the bakng sheet n the freezer.

Once the meatballs are frozen completely, put them nto a gallon freezer bag.

The next tme you want to make ths soup, just bol the broth, toss n the spnach, frozen meatballs, and pasta, and cook untl the pasta and meatballs are done.
