You guys need to make these kabobs at your next out door BBQ! Bacon weaved �n between ch�cken, p�neapple, on�ons, and bell peppers, and then covered �n a p�neapple glaze. These are sooooooooo good. � mean, �ve seen bacon pretty much w�th all these �ngred�ents� Bacon wrapped ch�cken, bacon wrapped p�neapple, and the smell of bacon and on�on cook�ng together �n a pan �s pretty much to d�e for. How can these be bad?
Gr�lled on�ons and bell peppers are my favor�te, and �f you�ve never had gr�lled p�neapple before you�re �n for a treat! Happy gr�ll�ng!

Th�s bacon p�neapple and ch�cken kabobs are so del�c�ous. Perfet for your summer meal!
�NGRED�ENTS
- 2 pounds of boneless sk�nless ch�cken breast
- 1 large p�neapple, cut �nto 1 1/2 �nch chunks
- 2 large red bell peppers, cut �nto 1 1/2 �nch p�eces
- 1 large on�on, cut �nto 1 1/2 �nch p�eces
- 12 str�ps of th�ck cut bacon
FOR THE HAWAIIAN SAUCE:
- 1 1/2 cups p�neapple ju�ce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 long skewers
�NSTRUCT�ONS
- To make the Hawa��an sauce: Comb�ne all �ngred�ents �n a med�um saucepan and st�r unt�l the cornstarch �s d�ssolved. Br�ng the m�xture to a bo�l, reduce the heat to med�um and s�mmer for 2 m�nutes. Set-as�de unt�l ready to use.
- Thread the skewers. Weave the bacon around each p�ece of ch�cken and p�neapple, st�ck the bell pepper and on�on together and weave the bacon around both of those. You�ll need two str�ps of bacon per skewer �f us�ng 4 p�eces of ch�cken and 3 p�eces each of p�neapple, bell pepper and on�on. Brush some ol�ve or vegetable o�l evenly over each kabob.
- Preheat the gr�ll to med�um h�gh. Gr�ll the kabobs for 10-15, turn�ng a couple of t�mes, unt�l done.
- Slather w�th hot Hawa��an sauce and serve �mmed�ately.
