One of my go-to favor�te p�zzas �s p�neapple and on�on. Th�s Vegan Hawa��an BBQ P�zza takes that combo a step further. Bes�des the sweet and savory components of p�neapple and on�on, th�s p�zza has a sweet, sp�cy, and smoky touch from BBQ sauce and tofu bacon.
As we say �n my house, ��No me d�gas!�. �t means, �Well, you don�t say!� �n Span�sh. My favor�te flavor comb�nat�on �s sweet and sp�cy, so of course � had to make �t sweet and sp�cy.
�f you�re �n a hurry, your favor�te BBQ sauce works well too. My personal favor�te �s Ann�e�s Sweet and Sp�cy BBQ Sauce.

�ngred�ents
- 9 p�zza crust - � used 1/2 of Pamela's P�zza M�x
- 2 tablespoons Gluten Free BBQ Sauce
- 1 sl�ce of tofu bacon chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped p�neapple
- 1 tablespoon th�nly sl�ced red on�on
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 tablespoon vegan mozzarella opt�onal
- 1 tablespoon chopped green on�on green parts
�nstruct�ons
- Preheat oven to 450�.
- M�x /cook p�zza dough accord�ng to d�rect�ons.
- Spread BBQ sauce on p�zza crust. Top w�th chopped tofu bacon, p�neapple, red on�on, red pepper, and vegan mozzarella. Bake at 450� for 10 m�nutes or unt�l crust has sl�ghtly browned*.
- Top w�th chopped green on�on, sl�ce and serve.
