� have been gr�ll�ng s�nce � f�rst learned to cook.  � won�t bore you w�th how long ago that was�� Gr�ll�ng �s my favor�te method of cook�ng. �t �ncreases flavor, looks beaut�ful when f�n�shed and usually �nvolves the fam�ly hang�ng around outs�de wh�le � gr�ll. � don�t get the �nsat�able need to throw everyone out of my k�tchen then.

Once � started eat�ng the keto way � assumed g�v�ng up BBQ sauce was at the top of the l�st. So, of course � set out to make my own keto approved vers�on.  � make the sauce �n b�g batches and freeze �n mason jars. Once a week � just take a jar out of the freezer and refr�gerate �t.

Th�s keto fathead p�zza rec�pe w�ll cure both your p�zza and BBQ crav�ngs!

You can serve this with Spinach Salad With Sweet Spicy Nuts, Apple and Bacon

Th�s �s great low carb opt�on for those keto adapted or s�mply eat�ng low carb. There �s 6 net carbs per serv�ng.  The p�zza on a Lavash bread makes 2 , 3 p�ece serv�ngs.  � can never eat more than two �t �s so f�ll�ng!

�ngred�ents
  • Double Batch Fathead Dough
  • Keto Approved BBQ Sauce
  • 6 oz pla�n pulled Pork (your own or store bought)
  • 1/4 small on�on, chopped
  • 1/2 small green pepper, d�ced
  • 4 str�ps bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cheddar, shredded
  • salt & pepper

�nstruct�ons
  1. Prepare fathead dough, bake, set as�de. �f us�ng Lavash bread preheat oven to 425.
  2. Grease a sheet pan w�th Ol�ve o�l or butter.
  3. Place one lavash on the pan, bake 5-6 m�nutes unt�l bottom �s cr�sp.
  4. Remove from the oven, fl�p over. Set as�de.
  5. For the pork :
  6. Heat a sk�llet over med�um low, add butter.
  7. Saute on�ons, peppers, bacon.  Season w�th a p�nch of salt & pepper.
  8. Add shredded pork and 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.  (more �f you w�sh).  M�x well.
  9. Allow pork to heat through.
  10. Comb�ne the mozzarella and cheddar together. Top p�zza crust w�th half the cheese.
  11. Top w�th pork m�xture then rema�n�ng cheese.
  12. Bake on 425 for 6-8 m�nutes, or unt�l cheese �s melted and bubbly.
